Axon Enterprise in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Professional Services Manager to lead deployment and adoption of Axon technologies (Fusus, body cameras, Draft One) for major city and enterprise customers. This hybrid role centers on leadership, project management, and technical oversight across multi-vendor deployments.

You will engage VP‑level audiences, manage expectations, and drive successful deployments with strong problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years with major city or enterprise customers.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve mastery of Axon technologies and products.
• Lead technical presentations and demonstrations to VP-level audiences.
• Manage customer expectations and provide tier-2 technical support.
• Oversee core deployment plan with 3rd‑party integrators and client.
• Develop technical documentation to aid adoption.
