Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end, enterprise-scale deployments for Strategic and Global customers. You will partner with product, engineering and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into clear plans and successful outcomes.

This high-visibility role demands ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will manage multiple programs, balance customer needs with product capabilities, and mentor peers to raise the bar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS or hardware-enabled environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs for Strategic and Global customers.
• Lead multiple high-impact programs simultaneously with scope, timeline, dependencies and risk management.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Serve as a trusted program lead for customers and internal stakeholders with clear communication.
• Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product and external partners.
• Anticipate risks early and mitigate issues before they impact delivery.
• Lead program-level change management as requirements evolve.
• Communicate complex technical topics tailored for executive, technical, and frontline audiences.
• Champion continuous improvement and scalable delivery models.
• Mentor peers and raise the bar for program execution across the organization.
