Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Enterprise Professional Services team. The role focuses on guiding large, complex customer implementations, translating business needs into actionable artifacts, and partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The position is based out of a US hub with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue-Fri, remote Mondays) and up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to own deliverables and drive them to completion.
• Comfort handling ambiguity and customer feedback with professionalism.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on constraints and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and other Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand processes, goals, and system considerations across stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, workflows, and documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver multi-product solutions.
• Configure Axon software in line with business objectives and organizational needs.
• Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing for defined use cases.
• Develop training materials and enablement sessions for customer adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with Enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
