Axon Enterprise is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with Enterprise customers, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive multi-product solutions across Fusus and related Axon products. You will lead discovery sessions, document functional requirements, and support successful implementations in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interconnected workflows.
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes, goals, and system considerations across multiple stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to support design and delivery of multi-product solutions.
• Configure Axon software solutions to align with business objectives and organizational needs.
• Evaluate solution options and provide input for sustainable, scalable outcomes.
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing to validate Enterprise use cases.
• Develop training materials and enablement sessions to support adoption.
• Build strong relationships with Enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
