Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue for the Integrated Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on systems-level integration, turnkey configurations, and working with Silvus Technologies to deliver PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS solutions.

Based in Irvine, CA, the position is hybrid with in-office days and potential for 100% remote work for suitable US locations; travel up to 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering within defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular software stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and ensure turnkey integrated packages.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to leverage radios into turnkey solutions.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features.
