Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue for the Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will bridge tactical integration requirements with engineering execution, owning system-level specs, throughput KPIs, and latency budgets for turnkey packages like PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

The role integrates with Silvus Technologies’ radio chassis and third-party tools, requiring collaboration with hardware and software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong working knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or EMS operations.
• Translate high-level military or tactical use cases into structured technical requirements.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months; must be a U.S. citizen.
• Background check and drug test are required.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications for integrated solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to build turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features and updates.
• Conduct technical analysis of customer requests, balance timelines, and set scope boundaries.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future solutions, from concept to deployment.
• Capture customer feedback for updates and drive product adoption with Sales.
