Job summary

Motorola Solutions’s Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive system-level integration and turnkey productization of the core comms tech. You’ll own requirements, performance specs, and cross-functional execution for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future packages.

You will bridge R&D, engineering, and GTM teams, manage the backlog, and ensure field-ready deployments with clear throughput, latency and link-margin targets. Hybrid Irvine/L.A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or EMS operations.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Security clearance: active U.S. Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to leverage radios and modules into turnkey systems.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
• Analyze customer feature requests and balance timelines with field expectations.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for integrated solutions from concept to deployment.
• Work with Sales, BD, and Applications Engineering to translate feedback into priorities.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
