Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for turnkey integrated portfolios. You'll own system-level specs, work across hardware and software teams, and guide integrations like PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field relevant to defense or wireless communications.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace or wireless industries.
• Security clearance: active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months; US citizen required.
• Experience translating military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage requirements for turnkey Integrated Solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS) with end-to-end performance specs.
• Coordinate with hardware and software teams to build integrated packages and validate field deployments.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for specialized features and framework updates.
