Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for turnkey, system-level packages like PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

The role combines definition, integration, and lifecycle management of complex radio and mesh architectures, with hybrid in Irvine, CA and potential remote work for US-based candidates. Travel up to 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, SDRs, mesh networking.
Translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
U.S. Citizenship; active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

Translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
Define end-to-end performance specs and system-level trade-offs for Integrated Solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to build turnkey systems.
Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
Manage lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
Support field testing, customer integrations, and gather feedback for updates.
