Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to translate defense requirements into turnkey packages. You will own system-level specs, KPIs, latency budgets, and trade-offs for PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS, interfacing closely with hardware and software teams.

You will manage Agile backlogs, drive releases, and ensure product adoption in collaboration with Sales and field teams, with travel up to 25-50% as needed.

Formación

• Translating mission capabilities into technical requirements and user stories.
• Defining end-to-end performance specs for integrated solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).

Responsabilidades

• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions.
• Analyze feature requests, estimate engineering timelines, and set scope boundaries.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
• Collaborate withSales and Operations to drive adoption and revenue.
