Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a highly skilled Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for its Integrated Solutions portfolio. This role aligns with hardware, software, and systems teams to deliver turnkey, field-ready configurations such as PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

The position is based in Irvine, CA, with hybrid work options and possible remote work for suitable US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Security clearance: active or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission capabilities into technical requirements and stories.
• Define end-to-end specs for integrated solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to deliver turnkey systems.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
• Manage lifecycle of the integrated solutions portfolio from concept to deployment.
• Travel up to 25–50% to support field testing and customer engagements.
