Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a technically oriented Product Manager to drive EW & Sensing portfolio requirements, backlog, and market adoption. You will translate tactical EW needs into hardware/software specs, own NPI cycles for FASST/LSNRS lines, and align across R&D, operations, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless comms.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF/signal processing, SDRs, mesh networks, or EM spectrum ops.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into clear technical requirements.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Translate high level EW mission capabilities into concrete requirements.
• Own NPI for FASST Handheld and LSNRS products, manage hardware/software lifecycle.
• Define edge-node operation behavior for transceivers.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences.
