Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (EW/Sensing) to translate complex defense requirements into hardware configurations, software specs, and operator experiences. You will own NPI cycles for FASST and LSNRS, and partner with R&D, engineering, and sales.

Based in Irvine, CA, this role is hybrid with on-site days and travel up to 25–50% to support field testing and customer engagements. U.S. citizen with security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs or related tech.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate EW mission capabilities into software and hardware requirements.
• Own NPI lifecycle for FASST and LSNRS portfolios.
• Define edge-node transceiver behavior and field deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to meet release dates.
• Travel up to 25–50% for field testing and customer engagements.
