Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to translate tactical EW requirements into hardware and software specs. You will own NPI for FASST/LSNRS products and optimize transceiver performance for edge-node operations.

Travel up to 25% is required; hybrid office schedule in Irvine with remote work possible for US-based candidates. Requires SE/defense domain experience and a U.S. citizen status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within the defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Translating high-level military or tactical use cases into structured technical requirements.
• Directing hardware NPI cycles and validating end-to-end user experience for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios.
• Owning how the transceiver operates for edge node operations.
• Collaborating with hardware and software engineering teams.
