Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary based in Irvine, CA, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive EW and sensing product initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless comms, RF, SDRs, mesh networking, or EM spectrum ops.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Proven cross-functional influence to meet release dates.
• U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level EW mission capabilities into software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Lead NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios and ensure UX.
• Define transceiver operation for edge node deployments.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW software features and firmware.
