Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, product backlog, market adoption, and revenue growth for the EW & Sensing Solutions portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Product Management on the Product team.

Located at Silvus' Irvine, CA office with a hybrid schedule (one day remote possible) and up to 25–50% travel to support field testing and integrations. Must be a U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Experience translating military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-level EW mission capabilities into detailed software and hardware requirements.
• Direct hardware NPI cycles and ensure end-to-end user experience for EW/sensing products.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to align priorities and schedules.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing, customer integrations, and meetings.
