Job summary
Silvus Technologies seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, backlog, market adoption, and revenue for the EW & Sensing Solutions portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and bridges tactical EW mission needs with engineering execution.
The position requires deep knowledge of tactical RF networks, signal analysis, sensing systems, and software-defined architectures, with a hybrid Irvine, CA-based office footprint and remote options for US-based
Qualifications
- Translating high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into actionable software user stories and hardware configurations.
- Directing technical requirements and physical hardware NPI cycles for specialized EW products.
- Owning edge-node transceiver operations and integration with sensing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Translate mission needs into software and hardware specifications.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW software features and firmware.
- Oversee product lifecycle, from concept through deployment and sustainment, for FASST and LSNRS products.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure end-to-end product quality.
- Drive product adoption and coordinate with sales to generate revenue.
