Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (EW & Sensing) to drive requirements, backlog, market adoption, and revenue growth for the EW & Sensing Solutions portfolio. Reports to the Director of Product Management on the Product team.
The role bridges tactical EW mission requirements with hardware/software execution, overseeing NPI for the flagship radio chassis and sensor products. Hybrid office work in Irvine, CA, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aero/wireless.
- Strong knowledge of wireless RF systems, SDRs, mesh networks, or spectrum ops.
- Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
- Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
Responsibilities
- Translate tactical EW requirements into hardware/software specs.
- Own NPI for FASST Handheld and LSNRS product portfolios.
- Define transceiver operation for edge node deployments.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales.
- Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer meetings.
