Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, product backlog, market adoption, and revenue growth for the EW & Sensing Solutions portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and is based in Irvine, CA with hybrid work options.

You will translate tactical EW mission needs into hardware configurations, software specs, and intuitive operator experiences, owning NPI for FASST and LSNRS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.

Aufgaben

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware/sensor configurations.
• Lead hardware NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios, ensuring optimized interfaces for combat and emergency responders.
• Own and define transceiver operation for edge-node deployments and ensure close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware updates.
• Oversee product lifecycle and NPI for FASST/LSNRS from concept through deployment and sustainment.
• Support field testing, customer integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Systems teams.
