Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, product backlog, and revenue for the EW & Sensing Solutions portfolio. The role reports to the Product Management Director and focuses on translating defense needs into hardware configurations and software specs.

The position requires 5+ years in defense/aerospace or wireless PM, working with RF networks, sensing systems, and software-defined architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate tactical EW mission capabilities into hardware/sensor configurations and software requirements.
• Own NPI cycles for FASST and LSNRS products and validate end-to-end user experience for combat and emergency responders.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware updates.
