Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead requirements, backlog, market adoption, and revenue for EW & Sensing solutions. You will bridge defense needs to hardware and software specifications, owning NPI and operator experiences.

The role focuses on edge-node transceiver optimization, field testing, and collaboration with R&D, sales, and integrations, with hybrid work in Irvine, CA and occasional travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Translate high-level EW mission capabilities into technical requirements.
• Experience with hardware NPI and sensor platforms.
• Familiarity with agile backlog and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex defense requirements into hardware configurations and software specs.
• Own NPI cycles for FASST/LSNRS product portfolios.
• Coordinate with hardware and software engineers; manage edge-node transceiver optimization.
