Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, backlog, market adoption, and revenue for EW and sensing solutions. You will translate complex defense needs into hardware configurations, software specs, and user experiences, while aligning with engineering and sales teams.

Position is hybrid in Irvine, CA with remote options and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Own and manage hardware NPI for FASST hand-held and LSNRS products; optimize hardware and UX for combat and emergency responders.
• Define how transceiver operates for edge-node operations and coordinate with hardware/software teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware updates.
• Oversee product lifecycle and long-term sustainment across hardware and software.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
