Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive EW and Sensing product lines. You will own requirements, backlog, and NPI, translating complex military needs into hardware specs and software features for edge-node transceivers.

A strong RF/SDR background and cross-functional leadership are essential. The role is based in Irvine, CA, with a hybrid schedule and the possibility of 100% remote work for suitable US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless RF systems, signal processing, and SDRs.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, backlog, and NPI for EW/Sensing products from concept to deployment.
• Translate tactical EW mission needs into hardware configurations and software specs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, and sales to meet release dates.
• Manage agile backlog, sprints, and product lifecycle for edge-node transceivers.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
