Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the EW/Sensing product line. You will translate mission requirements into hardware and software specifications, drive NPI, and manage backlogs for edge-node transceivers and sensing platforms.
Reporting to the Product Management Director, you will collaborate with engineering, sales, and field teams, travel up to 25% and support field testing and customer integrations from a hybrid
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- 5+ years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace or wireless.
- Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
- U.S. Citizenship due to government contracts.
- Strong ability to translate tactical requirements into structured technical specs.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level EW mission capabilities into technical requirements and hardware/sensor configurations.
- Own NPI for FASST and LSNRS products from concept to deployment.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadence for EW software features and firmware.
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM teams to align product execution with strategy and BOM costs.
