Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements and roadmaps for EW & Sensing products. You will translate complex defense needs into hardware configurations and software specs, manage NPI cycles, and own the user experience across edge-node transceivers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in defense/wireless PM or systems engineering, strong RF/signal processing knowledge, and a US SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or spectrum operations.
• Ability to translate military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority to meet deadlines.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; U.S. citizenship required.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Translate tactical EW mission capabilities into software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Direct NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS products; validate end-to-end user experience.
• Own how the transceiver operates for edge node operations.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware.
• Oversee product lifecycle and NPI for FASST and LSNRS from concept to sustainment.
• Drive product adoption and collaborate with sales to generate revenue growth.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing and customer meetings.
