Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, backlog, and market adoption for EW & Sensing solutions. The role reports to the Director of Product Management and bridges tactical EW needs with engineering execution.

Located at Irvine, CA, with a hybrid schedule and potential 100% remote work for U.S.-based candidates, travel up to 25–50% is required to support field testing and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless comms.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into detailed technical requirements.
• Direct hardware NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS product portfolios and validate user experience.
• Own edge-node transceiver operation and collaborating with hardware and software engineering teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware.
• Oversee product lifecycle and sustainment across hardware platforms; drive field-ready solutions.
