Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager to translate defense requirements into hardware configurations, software specs, and user-friendly operator experiences. You will own NPI for FASST/L S NRS, bridge R&D with field needs, and drive edge-node optimization.

Requires 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense or wireless sectors, plus active U.S. SECRET clearance or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular, software user stories and hardware/sensor configurations.
• Direct the technical requirements, driving physical hardware NPI cycles and validating end-to-end UX for FASST Handheld and LSNRS products.
• Own how the transceiver operates for edge node operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex defense requirements into hardware configurations, software specs, and intuitive operator experiences.
• Drive NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS product portfolios.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature releases for EW-related software.
