Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to drive EW & Sensing product requirements, NPI cycles, and edge-node transceiver optimization. You will report to the Product Management Director on the Product team in Irvine, CA, with hybrid work and travel up to 25–50%.

Ideal candidates hold a 5+ year background in defense/communication sectors, possess an active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain it, and are US citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering within defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Active US Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a US Citizen due to government contracts.

Responsabilités

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular technical requirements.
• Direct NPI for FASST and LSNRS product portfolios and validate end-to-end user experience.
• Define how the transceiver operates for edge node operations in harsh environments.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to align priorities and delivery timelines.
