Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, backlog, market adoption, and revenue for EW & Sensing products. You will translate complex defense needs into hardware specs, software features, and intuitive user experiences.

You will own NPI cycles, collaborate with R&D and sales, and travel up to 25-50% to support field testing and customer engagements. Hybrid work in Irvine with some remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or spectrum operations.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level EW mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Lead NPI cycles for FASST Handheld and LSNRS products, ensuring end-to-end user experience.
• Own edge-node operation of transceivers and collaborate with hardware/software teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software and firmware updates.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept through deployment and sustainment.
