Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive requirements and backlog for EW & Sensing solutions. You will translate mission needs into hardware configurations and software specs, owning NPI for FASST/LSNRS products and shaping edge-node transceiver applications.

The role reports to the Product Management Director, requires a SECURITY clearance or ability to obtain, and offers travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsabilités

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware/sensor configurations.
• Direct technical requirements and drive physical hardware NPI cycles for FASST and LSNRS products.
• Own the transceiver behavior for edge-node operations and collaborate with hardware/software teams.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for EW-related software features and firmware.
• Oversee product lifecycle, regulatory clearance, testing, deployment, and long-term sustainment.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and Applications Engineering to translate operator feedback into prioritized features.
