Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to drive EW and sensing product lines from requirements to deployment. You will translate complex defense needs into hardware configurations, software specs, and intuitive operator experiences, bridging R&D with Go-To-Market teams.

You will own NPI cycles for FASST and LSNRS, manage agile backlogs, and ensure edge-node optimization for high-performance RF data exchange.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within defense, aerospace, or wireless communications industries.
• Strong working knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-level tactical EW mission capabilities into structured technical requirements and backlogs.
• Drive FASST & LSNRS hardware NPI, coordinating hardware cycles and validating end-to-end user experiences for handheld and LSNRS portfolios.
• Own edge-node transceiver optimization and define how the transceiver operates for field deployments.
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware and software engineering, operations and sales to align priorities and timelines.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing, customer integrations, and meetings.
