Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to translate tactical EW requirements into hardware and software specifications. You will drive NPI of FASST/LSNRS products, own the edge-node transceiver execution, and manage the EW software backlog with engineering teams.

Located in Irvine, CA with hybrid work, occasional travel up to 25-50%, and U.S. citizenship requirement for government contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
Strong knowledge of wireless comms, RF, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or EM spectrum ops.
Ability to translate high-level military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

Translate complex EW mission requirements into hardware configurations, software specs, and UX.
Drive hardware NPI cycles and end-to-end user experience for FASST Handheld and LSNRS portfolios.
Own edge-node transceiver behavior and collaboration with R&D, ops, and GTM teams.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases for EW software features and firmware.
Oversee product lifecycle from concept to deployment and sustainment.
Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Applications Eng to translate field feedback into priorities.
