Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product Ownership to lead the CRM and client portal strategy built on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

You will own the technical delivery, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with IT and business leaders to align with strategic priorities. This role requires hands-on leadership, backlog management, and expertise in API integrations, governance, and cost management across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent.
7+ years in IT with leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Experience managing API integrations and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce CRM and client portal product strategy and delivery.
Oversee API integrations across enterprise cloud platforms.
Manage technical backlog, acceptance criteria, and architecture decisions.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align roadmaps with priorities.
Coach cross-functional teams and ensure governance and cost management.
