Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Engineering to lead and unify the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence. This fully remote, full-time role will drive platform architecture, governance, and scalable delivery across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.

You will manage a high-performing Salesforce engineering group, set standards, and partner with stakeholders to align the CRM roadmap with business priorities while reducing technical debt and enabling growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams including Salesforce engineers, developers, admins, or similar CRM professionals.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with strong data modeling, architecture, Flow, Apex, SOQL, LWC, integration patterns, and security/models.
• Proven experience owning architecture and governance for a complex Salesforce environment with multiple integrations.
• Experience consolidating fragmented teams/backlogs/development practices into a unified operating model.
• Experience with modern release management and DevOps: version control, environments, CI/CD, deployment tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and other functions.
• Experience owning intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for a shared platform.
• Experience delivering delivery workflows in Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence with a unified operating model and clear standards.
• Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing Salesforce team of engineers, admins, and analysts.
• Own Salesforce platform architecture, governance, data model integrity, and release strategy.
• Lead architecture reviews, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with standards.
• Partner with Product, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Security to align CRM roadmap with business goals.
• Establish operational rigor for the platform including SLAs, monitoring, incident response, and release processes.
• Foster a culture of platform ownership and continuous improvement across the CRM ecosystem.
