Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a Salesforce-centered engineering team and drive scalable cloud-native solutions across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach. Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with hands-on development
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Service/Marketing/Data Cloud
• Full-stack/back-end background (Java/Node.js/Python, microservices, REST/GraphQL)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps (MuleSoft/Workato) or cloud APIs
• Experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Telesales, Marketing automation, or Partner/Outreach platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs
• Oversee Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Lead development of modern tech beyond CRM: microservices, event-driven middleware, APIs, data pipelines
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations
