CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a diverse team focused on Salesforce-driven platforms and enterprise software. You will bridge enterprise CRM with custom software and data integration, guiding API strategies, microservices, and automated outreach workflows.

Your leadership will shape a scalable, cloud-native tech stack, ensuring secure, high‑quality delivery while collaborating with Product, Security, and Ops teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years in managing or building software teams in Agile, cloud-first envs.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Background in full-stack or backend development and APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps (MuleSoft/Workato).
• Domain exposure in contact center/marketing/outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture: Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds & Data Cloud.
• Lead development of modern solutions: microservices, APIs, data integration.
• Architect CC-Sales workflows, omni-channel integrations, and outreach engines.
