Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Customer Portal area tied to revenue drivers.
• Conduct continuous discovery with customers and translate insights into a sequenced roadmap.
• Define success metrics and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design to align on priorities and delivery.
• Lead launches for internal platform releases and external GTM activities.
• Coach PMs and grow a team, balancing IC craft with management responsibilities.
• Champion AI practices to accelerate discovery and delivery.
