Cencora is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for its SGPO Salesforce CRM Team to bridge business needs with technical development. You will gather requirements, analyze CRM processes, and translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that support SGPO operations and growth.

Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is essential, with experience in change management and user training. Collaboration with Sales, IT, and Operations will be key to success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud including case management, service processes, queues, and automation.

• Requirements gathering & documentation with stakeholders across Sales, Member Operations, and IT.
• Process analysis & optimization of CRM workflows; identify gaps and future-state improvements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for development teams.
• Engage stakeholders and serve as liaison between business and Salesforce team.
• Data analysis to identify trends and support data-driven decisions across SGPO.
• Support Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery milestones.
• Assist with change management, training, and adoption of Salesforce updates.
