Job summary

Cencora is seeking an IT Product Lead – CRM to act as technical lead and product owner for Salesforce-based CRM and client portal solutions used in GPO operations. You will guide architecture, backlog prioritization, and engineering best practices while partnering with IT and business stakeholders to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Information Technology with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, platform architecture, and release management.
• Experience managing API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize CRM/portal product roadmap aligned with GPO business needs.
• Lead technical direction and architecture decisions for Salesforce-based solutions.
• Oversee API integrations and data governance across enterprise platforms.
• Manage cost, budgets, and SLAs for CRM/portal products.
• Coach cross-functional teams in Agile SAFe practices and ensure timely delivery.
