Job summary

Cencora is seeking an IT Product Lead for CRM to drive the end‑to‑end Salesforce-based CRM and client portal roadmap. You will own technical delivery, guide architecture decisions, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to align with strategic priorities.

The role requires hands‑on leadership in architecture, governance, and continuous improvement, with a focus on security, performance, and scalable integrations across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field is required.
• 7+ years IT experience with progressive responsibilities and leadership.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM products including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience supporting client portals built on Salesforce Experience Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of CRM and client portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and OKRs.
• Prioritize backlog, write technical stories, and ensure acceptance criteria.
• Oversee API integration design, data integrity, and system reliability.
• Manage product budgeting, costing, and cross‑team collaboration.
