Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an IT Product Lead – CRM to drive the end‑to‑end technology delivery for the CRM and client portal built on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to align priorities, define roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions. You will provide technical leadership, own backlog refinement, and ensure high‑quality architectural decisions across Salesforce integrations while managing costs and risk to maximize value for GPO

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
7+ years in IT with 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

Plans for future changes to CRM and client portal products.
Owns technical delivery of the GPO client portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Leads backlog refinement and creates technical stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Guides architecture decisions and engineering best practices within Salesforce ecosystem.
Ensures data integrity and scalable API integrations across enterprise cloud platforms.
Manages cost, performance, and risk for CRM and portal products.
