Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, Inc. We seek a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive requirements, product backlog, market adoption, and revenue growth for the EW & Sensing Solutions portfolio.

This hybrid role is based in Irvine, CA, with travel up to 25-50% and a focus on translating defense requirements into hardware configurations and software specs, owning NPI, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level EW mission capabilities into technical requirements and hardware configurations.
• Own FASST Handheld and LSNRS NPI cycles; coordinate lifecycle and user experience.
• Manage sprint/backlog and release cadences for EW-related software and firmware features.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to align execution with strategy and field feedback.
