Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a technically proficient Outside Sales Representative for the Northeast Florida/Space Coast territory. You will build and retain key accounts, identify new opportunities, and provide consultative solutions across flow control and instrumentation products.

The role emphasizes territory development, customer focus, and meeting sales targets with base salary, commissions, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven Outside Sales within the industrial marketplace preferred.
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Self-motivated and aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales.
• Technical/flow control industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing customers for repeat business while developing new customers for growth.
• Successfully learn and sell company products and services to customers.
• Provide technical and application consultative services.
• Be a competitive, strategic, highly organized, and technically savvy opportunity hunter in your approach to managing your territory.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
• Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategy.
