FCX Performance, an Applied Industrial Technologies company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Charlotte, NC area. You will build and expand relationships with current and prospective customers, addressing flow control, valve and instrumentation needs with tailored solutions and services.

The role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention and sales growth. Responsibilities include retaining customers, delivering technical demos, maintaining records, and contributing to targets

Qualifications

• Background in industrial/engineering environments.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of flow control, instrumentation, automated valves and filtration.
• Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Retain customers while developing new business and build repeat sales within a local territory.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
• Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in managing the sales territory.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate sales and market reports.
• Contribute to setting sales targets and marketing strategy.
