Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Technical Customer Success Specialist to support a leading networking and technology organization in the RTP, NC area. This hybrid role focuses on onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption, acting as a trusted technical partner to ensure a smooth deployment experience.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams, assist with VM deployments and API integrations, address networking requirements, and coordinate with engineering to resolve onboarding issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, technical support, onboarding or related technical role.
• Foundational networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, SSH, SNMP, VMs.
• Understanding of cybersecurity: vulnerability management, CVEs, hardening, EOL/EOS considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation efforts with customer IT teams.
• Deploy and configure VM-based collectors, integrations, and telemetry solutions within customer environments.
• Provide guidance on networking requirements: IP, DNS, firewall, credentials, access.
• Support API integrations, cloud implementations, platform migrations, and adoption initiatives.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and coordinate with engineering/support teams for escalations.
