You will guide onboarding, migrations, and ongoing support, resolving networking and virtualization issues. Strong communication is essential to explain concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles and CCNA knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success/Support/TA).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and virtualization.
• Experience guiding onboarding, migrations, or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for customers, assisting with onboarding and product adoption.
• Guide customers through migrations and implementation activities for smooth UX.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to networking, virtualization, and platform functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and operations to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Monitor accounts, provide best-practice recommendations, andIdentify opportunities to improve product usage.
