Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, implementation, onboarding, networking, or a related technical role.
• Foundational networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, SSH, SNMP, and virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management and software hardening.
• Strong communication skills for demos, training, and meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation with customer IT teams.
• Configure and deploy VM-based collectors, integrations, and telemetry solutions.
• Provide guidance on networking requirements, IP addressing, DNS, and firewall policies.
• Support API integrations, cloud-based implementations, and platform migrations.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and coordinate with engineering and support teams.
