Job summary

Clozd, a leader in Decision Intelligence, seeks a Technical Implementation Specialist in the United States. You will lead onboarding, drive feature adoption, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

The role combines technical onboarding with strategic client engagement to deliver measurable value. Responsibilities include managing onboarding projects, guiding integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, and more), and advocating for product feedback.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in technical solutions, implementations, support, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics.
Ability or eagerness to quickly master new technical tools and concepts.
Practical experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and integrations.
Confidence presenting to an executive audience.
Strategic and proactive mindset for improving processes and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding process for all new clients as project manager.
Engage weekly with clients early in contract to drive feature adoption with training and resources.
Coordinate across stakeholders to move programs forward with urgency.
Set proper onboarding expectations for clients in sales process.
Guide technical onboarding including CRM integrations and API connections.
