Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Success Manager to join our Implementation team and lead the technical onboarding of standardized products for new customers. You will guide integrations, work with APIs, and coordinate with engineers and executives to ensure smooth deployments and successful adoption.

This flexible, remote-friendly role emphasizes customer advocacy, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of our onboarding practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills—oral and written.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take initiative.
• Expert proficiency in REST APIs, SFTP, SQL and Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementations: Own the configuration and deployment of standardized products for new customers.
• Customer Support: Guide customers through their integration journey, especially with APIs.
• Build Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of company products; create customer slide decks, runbooks and training content.
• Advocate for Customers: Provide feedback to internal teams reflecting the customer’s voice.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with PMs, Product, Sales, and Account Management to align client goals.
