Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist to lead customer onboarding and technical integration. You will manage kickoff calls, configure integrations, and ensure a smooth go-live within days to weeks. Collaborate with Customer Success, DMS vendors, and Sales to onboard smoothly.

You will own setup quality, handle data processing via The Hive, and communicate timelines clearly. Prior experience with SaaS onboarding and strong API/CRM knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, preferably SaaS or automotive tech.
• Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, initial contact during the implementation phase for new customers.
• Facilitate the initial customer Kickoff call and own follow-ups to continue the setup process.
• Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations.
• Troubleshoot initial scheduling errors and update configurations.
• Process historical data via BizzyCar’s back-end, The Hive.
• Schedule test appointments and facilitate pre-launch checks.
• Launch rooftops to enable BizzyCar outreach.
• Maintain proactive communication on timelines and deliverables.
• Document setup procedures and contribute to internal playbooks.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-setup with a detailed configuration summary.
